Yesterday at the restaurant we went too (really nice place) I got the Prime Rib. 18oz so that’s about 2,000 calories.

I ate it all!

All I had with it was cooked mushrooms and onions. I had some fried Calamari appetizer, I considered that my type of dessert.

I don’t have a sweet tooth, my desire is those appetizer foods. Crab dip etc.

Monday

My mid trap is still sore from Saturday, turning my head and looking down has been tough.

Eased into the session today and am getting a lot of relief now-

Started with some abdominal work.

Floor press wide grip-

Worked up to about a top set of 10 strict then 2-sets- 2reps, 3reps.

These were superset with EZ curls topped at 2-sets of 12.

I pushed it pretty good for not being fully recovered and kept it strict for multiple sets. It’s a win!

The 3reps I did on set 2 is very telling of myself, I continue to see that I respond well the longer the training goes. For YEARS I tried the approach of saving myself for the top set(s) and I could never really get much stronger in that. I tried that because I just thought it was the natty hard gainer way. This don’t mean that would never work, it actually might work well once I’m at a certain level of gains. I don’t write anything off anymore, I would continue to keep an open mind and make attempts at change.

SLDL / 100# plate BOR

4-sets 13reps on the SLDL 20reps on rows, pyramid up in weight.

Topped off at 275 on SLDL.

Did an extra set of rows.

Vid of my transformation, fat is lower in mid section and back sides. To my satisfaction really. I had zero bagels and cliff bars this week. I have eaten a small portion of carbs every night. Front biceps are fuller here. Got some erector cuts in my mid traps in the back biceps squeeze,

Wednesday New Year’s Eve

Tricep extension pushups / thick bell curls superset

Tricep extensions up to 25# x16 (I think that’s a PR).

I did 3-sets then wife summoned me that it’s new years and all and I can finish lifting tomorrow lol. We met at a bar, the old fashioned way.

I got this Elf beer brewed with cherries and honey, 11percent alcohol, never had any beer that high before. I couldn’t even finish my second and was blasted. It was really good beer too.

NYEve is absolute tourture for me, I hate sellout music, I really don’t know what hate more the pop shit or the country shit. Funny cause I love music, I’m a music person but I can’t stand the sellout shit.

Thursday New Year’s Day

Felt like crap.

I still managed a strong squat set -
104# x124 reps (now I feel great)

Shoulders-
Full ROM laterals overhead / chicken wing laterals / Ts to Y press outs giant set
3-sets (2-sets with 15s up to 10/12/12)

Friday

Was a very rough and stress day.

Snuck in a quickie while walking the hound and doing some chores-

Wide grip floor presses 4-sets of 10 working up to a tad more than last time. Not maxed at 10 then a big 2-reps strict maxed

Weight was 217 x2 wide grip as strict as possible. This might actually be a PR for wide grip, in fact I’m sure it is.

Soon I will be throwing in cheat / partial reps to just get the tension on the outer pecs.

Saturday

Warm ups with Abdominal and oblique bends with my body hanging off a stump.

I repullled my trap or rhomboid.

I still did my lifting-

Block SLDL 11” height up to-
305 x10
310 x10
Superset with heavy EZ curls

That night, my rhomboid was pure hell, agonizing………

I spent all day Sunday training the area doing weighted neck curls, neck bridges adjusting my posture which I believe I found the issue, might be from slumped shoulders.

I did a set of 10ea side lunges (that’s 20reps) holding weights. And EZ reverse curls.

I finally got some relief……..

It’s just mildly sore today, more annoying than anything but the pain was about a 7 Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Fighting this trap/rhomboid strain…….

As I said, it’s annoying more than anything but also scary cause one wrong movement with twisting my head and I could end up in srs pain………

I did some more neck bridging.

I was walking the hound contemplating if I’m even going to train today……

My spine was feeling raw, just an ache in my entire erectors. Felt weird…….

I ate a bunch of natty PB on celery, cliff bar, I was feeling better. Then I ate some raw garlic with honey.

I started with floor press to see how it would go, no pushing it-

Regular shoulder grip worked up to a top set of 10, then-

206# 3-sets of 2

1st rep was all strict, then a tad push on the 2nd.

About a half hour later I have like almost zero pain from this rhomboid/trap thing. Seems like posture thing. I mean it went from a 7 to a 1 in under 48 hours.

Deciding on what I should train, I went with something I haven’t done for a long time-

Flyes using a pair of hammer bars and using a ladder as a bench, these are done starting from the stretched position, very difficult.
Sets of 10 for 10# increases up to 50# x 2-sets (2reps, 3reps). Each rep was started from the floor.
This was for full pec stretch.

Barbell curls 2-sets of 50reps

Neck curls 2-sets (40reps, 60reps).

Here is something to ponder, this is a great interview/ podcast whatever it’s called on Marven Eder.

I’m SMH reading some comments on this comparing enhanced vs natty thing. Enhanced is really a thing used for the stress of competing and recovering. Many people get to a level better than most naturally, then they need to get enhanced to compete. Many weak people hop on the enhanced thing and haven’t even learned to tap into thier natty potential.

People need a dose of reality.

I still had to take things somewhat easy.

Front squats with hammer bar. This involves a clean.

Goal was 2-sets of 8 for progression-

Worked up to 130 x 8reps, 9reps

Well that was good, I was dreading set 2 and I could have done 10.

I was fried after this. My body is fighting getting sick and this trap issue. I was feeling feverish after this.

Ate some food.

2-sets of EZ standing tricep extension, up to 20reps, 22reps.

Felt better.

Went to bed feeling feverish. Woke up fine.

@marine77 I replied to your post about the new footage from the agent cam and I replied but these mods won’t release it for awhile like tomorrow cause im special (no victim talk but that’s how people are treated in life).

So I don’t know what you are seeing, but the driver was not being threatening at all in fact she even said she was not mad. Her girlfriend was being a duche but still not making any real threats. And she was OUTSIDE of the car. Her mouth seemed to have triggered them. They didn’t even try to grab her, yet she was outside the car.
It was still wrong for the agent to move in and try to pull the key out of ignition. It was also wrong of her to flee, yet she clearly turned her wheel away from the agent , didn’t turn her wheel to try and hit him.

Bad decisions, yes. Justified use of deadly force, NO.

I’m not looking at this in favor of anything. I don’t like these activists really, she did fuk up but that agent is still a coward for this IMO. Especially him shooting 3-times.

There is a Supreme Court ruling from 1985 for use of deadly force and this really didn’t meet that criteria. The fact that out of fear she accidentally clipped him (which didn’t seem intentional) will be the hope they can use to get away with it, because they don’t have anything else and it’s a real “hope” in their case, not solid.

@marine77 continued convo to your last statement. While they may be dumb the part I believe that isn’t reasonable is agent 1 is reaching into the car so her attention is on him. She starts to move and most likely didn’t even see agent 2 coming around the side. I truely believe because agent 2 fired, this A scared the piss out of her and CAUSED her to accelerate and clip him in which he got off 2-more shots and it was too fast. But he obviously had his gun out before she even knew what was happening.

Given the totality of the circumstances; she had been obstructing for some time and was clearly not under duress or in a “panic”… up to and including him being struck…AFTER which he fired… this looks like a “good” shooting.. per law.

Would I have fired ? Unlikely… but I don’t armchair QB others. He was recently early killed by an illegal immigrant chmo / rapist… the very people these liberal scum are trying to protect.
Whether it was intentional or not…a REASONABLE person under those circumstances can see why he fired. That’s how these things work… RESONABLE being the key word. These dumb shit agitators have gotten away with too much already and it gave this dumb shit a false sense of security to her own detriment.

Chad Wolf on Fox just stated to people who want to play this game they can use their 1st amendment rights and protest ice but you chase or insert yourself and “back up and move forward” like the vid you put yourself at risk.

WTF, I still haven’t seen what this driver did wrong yet? In fact in the vid she waved an ice vehicle to pass before she started moving forward, that’s when agent 1 ran up because the girlfriend was running her mouth eg using her 1st amendment rights.
