Interesting. You seem to assume I’ve never done this lift before. Yet I never volunteered this information at any point in this discussion. That was an assumption you first made as part of an ad hominem argument here
and have repeated several times since with no proof or foundation for doing so. Please stop assuming things about me, at the very least it only makes it look like you can’t expound on your own claims without putting others down for no good reason. I am not going to say at this time whether or not I have done this lift because it does not affect the validity of my original questions or any potential quality of your answers.
Ah, the subtleties of analogy and humor wasted. Sigh.
The way you describe it makes it a static hold of sorts or a single rep at best both of which are lower volume than just doing a set of regular good mornings, and I still have yet to see anything that supports your claim that it is better other than that it feels better for you and is “more intense.” That is anecdotal and vague at best. Even if it’s a more intense hinge, it’s still less overall volume.
Eh maybe it’s because I ask questions when I want to learn more about something and to see if the explanation is logically consistent and brings real facts to the table instead of resorting to ad hominem before I think about changing my mind? If an argument has merit it will logically stand on its own. The fact that your points are not logically consistent so far says a lot though. For someone who volunteers their opinions so much you sure don’t seem to appreciate it when others ask questions to learn more, no?
@freshyfresh you’re not wrong lol
