Bad news – thanks to the Snowpocalypse, the meet is cancelled.
It’s going to be rescheduled to an “unknown date in the spring.”
I think I’m going to do my six weeks of dieting and bouncing around (just get the damn thing out of my system) and then work on getting even better prepared for the next one.
awww, that SUUUUCKS! Kind of a let down! But things happen for a reason…more time to get stronger or whatever it is you plan on!

Ugh, sorry to hear about the meet. Thank goodness we’ve got rid of our snow in London - it was a real pain. But yes, silver lining is that you get longer to prepare for when it does happen.

A passing stranger told me to keep my arms closer to my body as I pump, and it worked – took my time from 30 s to 20-25 s.
Moral to me – form matters in EVERYTHING.
Starting weight: 144.0.
I’d like, ideally, to get down to 134 in the next six weeks. I’m going to be super careful following that Romaniello plan, and you ladies may have to put up with some foodposting.
