Agreed, no squish. I love your figure, and your quads are scrumptious!
135 sounds reasonable - you got it.

I completely get the hatred for saddlebags, and I also completely support your efforts to get yourself the body you want.
That said, I make the following suggestion. For every time you think “squish” or a similarly non-positive thought, try to notice something fabulous about your twenty-something-year-old self. Like your glowing, pretty, unwrinkled skin. Keeps it all in perspective.
That workout is insane. Deff military-esque. I like your names for the exercises.
Oh, and who ever said there was anything wrong with “squish”
I like squish. On women…not on myself however.
Nice quadz.

they’re not my names … it cracks me up that a jumping jack gets called a “side straddle hop.”
thanks all, and I do mostly stay positive.

Seem to have lost all my pullup strength – can only do 2 or 3 at a time.
I’m gonna go with head case, as opposed to it being a strength issue. ![]()
When I don’t train pullups or pushups or awhile, they disappear quickly too. I wonder what is up with that?
i see no squish! But I do see nice Quads! i see them right away!
go for your happiness! for me i’m all about the big leggs and butts–for me for everyone!!! Can’t go wrong with that.
And my saddle bags just mean i get to arch my back a bit so they hide…most people prefer the back archin thing ![]()
two “short cards”
(twice through this time! moving on up)
and 6 30-s sprints, which were very hard given how bad shape I’m in now.

well said, kimba!
Alisa, i feel your pain in the quest for the image we are going for. stick with your solid training and you’ll get there. ![]()
I don’t see any squish either! Your lastest work out is KILLER woman!
Wow Alisa, you pulled a lot in just 2 sessions. Good stuff! And all I see there is big numbers.
You’ll see - you’ll get your endurance and strength back right quick. When I cam back from the hammie hiatus (about 6 weeks), took me about 3-4 weeks to feel like I was back to normal.
No squish is visible on you!
Your workouts make me tired just reading them. I don’t even know what half those things are.
been awhile, stoppin by.
good for you, making the best of your parents eating habits!

6 mile run in the beautiful sunshine.
Getting better at this.
wow that sounds deadly. I wish I could even imagine running 6 miles at this point, but it is beyond my mental capacity:(
