That Bulgarian Thing

That is a sick workout.

anything over 5 reps feels like cardio.

if 95 is your normal 5rep max, and you did 10x3, then, i think its time you up your 5 rep max.

i’d hold your pukey bucket.

<anything over 5 reps feels like cardio>

I so agree. With one correction: Anything over 5 reps IS cardio.

For the Bear’s benefit:
it’s all “bouncy workouts” for the next couple of weeks. My meet was cancelled so I took the opportunity to try and get leaner. I’ll be back to big weights and long rest periods, don’t worry.

foodposting:
breakfast: egg white omelet with veggies and cheese, omelet
snack: orange
lunch: gyros meat, broccoli, sauteed peppers, yogurt dressing

12 30-second bike sprints. Really too tired for more.

so much rain!

It’s been raining here too, brutal.

12 30s sprints sounds like plenty to me!

Just to irk our resident Bear I will add that is has been raining here in mtl as though the sky was taking a leak after a bad kegger. However this rain should turn the the yellow grass green and add some leaves to the trees so I will live with it for today ONLY.

1,242 calories? Come on, Alisa!

Yeah, I didn’t want to sound like a nag, but I was thinking the same thing.

You absolutely shouldn’t need to drop your cals that low to see results, especially given all the work you’re doing in the gym.

Well, I’ll have to see. I had some “crash and burn” days last week when I just ate whatever.
foodposting today:
breakfast: egg white omelet with veggies and cheese, cottage cheese and jam
snack: peanuts
lunch: salad and roast beef
dinner: salad and chicken breast and beef/pineapple kabobs

beef pineapple kabobs sound awesome. GIMMEE

They are awesome.

Today: upped the weight some.

jumping lunges suck bags of cocks.

^ Thats a good way of describing them.
