CT after finding out I’m a definite 2b and re reading all your work, I’ve had so many mind opening moments as to my own nature - thank you!
How can a 2B optimise themself not in the gym but in social situations and in life in general?
E.g I recently got a great job becuase Im extremely charismatic and emphathetic one on one but once I got to the group setting I didn’t feel as if I was a a respected member (nothing bad was done, just nothing positive towards me) I completely shut down and lost my mojo. I have noticed a repeating theme with me where I can retreat and miss opportunities becuase I don’t feel respected.
How can a 2B be the the best he can be?
