You definitely put in the work. The detail does help/drive home the specific training more than:
Pad work, 6 rounds
Pushups
Pullups
Is the “smoker” still on?

Robert A

Well that solves the training specialization “problem”.
And the guy’s actual position boils down to “I get gropey (with dudes) and then want to fight 'em after when I drink so no harm.”? So basically “I’m only gay when I’m tipsy, but if I fight after it’s cool.”? That is an interesting position to take. He should really have a lawyer on speed dial, because he does himself no favors explaining his own actions.
In any event be safe and keep your head on a swivel. I only know what hits the news but things appear to be extra bad in your A.O. right now. My condolences as well.
Train hard. Stay safe.

That dude makes no sense. He really does strike me as a guy who cannot control his liquor.
Thank you for your support. It means a lot to me and my other brothers who put on the uniform. I haven’t been the same since I heard what happened to my brothers.
