I was doing .5mg 2x per week and I didn’t really feel bad. I wasn’t having any ed problems and was getting good results from workouts. All I noticed was some stiffness in my back. When I got my labs back this week and saw that I had dropped all the way to 6 on my E2 I decided to just drop the ai for a while.
What kind of arm/shoulder training are you doing man…your shoulders have just exploded!

Well my chest was really itchy before AI, and I’m paranoid about gyno if I completely drop the AI. I am close to trying .5mg a week (.25mg twice a week), but the pills are so dang small and I’d like to get bloodwork done first.
Arm day (3 sets of 6-8):
Barbell curls
Close grip bench
Incline curls
Tricep pushdowns
Dumbbell curls
Two handed seated tricep extension
Dips or dip machine (usally the machine because of elbow pain)
Shoulder day (3 or 4 sets of 6-8):
Seated dumbbell press
Front raises
Side raises
Dumbbell shrugs
Rear delt machine
Dumbbell upright row

Can you not take the pills to a compounding pharmacy and have them make it a liquid form and one drop is .5 mg?
Didn’t even know that was an option…
I believe it is. Are u getting them for the doc or underground? Call a compounding pharm as see if they will make .25 drops for you.
