Testosterone for Track & Field Decathlon

I am 20 years old and compete in the decathlon in college. I am near the top in my division nationally but I fear my abilities are plateauing. I am considering taking testosterone as a supplement because it helps gain lean muscle and it is also shown to help aerobic endurance.

Does anyone know how much testosterone I could take a week or how I could manage the cycles so that I do not exceed the 6 to 1 T/E ratio test that is sometimes given at the national meets? I would greatly appreciate any help.
