i am a eight stone pale looking to pick up my build and i was wonderign if it was ok to take 250mls of test ethanate a week. will this work or is this not enough to be taking once a week. can sum 1 please help me.

If I knew how much a stone was I might be able to help.
hmmmm may see minor bloat with 250mLs, plus the minor issue of the fact that theres like 168 hours in a week so your gonna need to inject like oooooh say EVERY half hour of every day of every week for as long as you decide :)Then maybe you can be 12 stones like the band! buuuuut sadly YOU wont have any stones left

hi im new to this is 100mg of deca&250mg of tests enanthate would be sufficent enough for someone whos just under 8stone ive tried to do my own researh but theres so many differnt amounts to take and im so confused can someone please help with some good advice
