Hi all. Hoping to get a bit of guidance. I’m 34 athlete looking at starting a cycle. Its been suggested by coaches I look using 300/500mg of propionate every 5 days, but encouraged me to do my own research, which I’m doing
I keep finding conflicting results. Some sources say the above will produce results, others say propionate isn’t great unless your injecting every other day and actually I should go with Enanthate if I’m only looking to inject every 5 days
Prop you will have to inject every day or every other day as it is a short ester. Enanthate you can inject once or twice per week.
I suggest you read up on half lives and the difference between the two.
Any coach who says inject prop one time per week is an idiot.
Nope nope nope. First as @s.gentz stated it needs to be injected frequently. Second, it hurts bad for most. The post injection pain can definitely affect your training. Third, you’ll get the same results from a long ester Test like C or E and only inject 2x per week with close to no pain. Props only advantage is it’s faster “kick” and for shorter time frames.
