So, I’ve done some Testosterone Cypionate cycles in the past. Usually 8 week cycles 350mg weekly max. Nothing crazy, but I’ve always gotten great results combining with clean diet and lots of gym time! Never had any issues.
This time around I’m going for 500mg weekly with the Testosterone cypionate.
Thinking of pinning twice a week 250mg on Wednesday and 250mg on Sunday
Im also adding anavar for the first time.
Because its the first time and want to test the waters I’m going to be dosing
20mg daily week 1
30mg daily week 2
40mg daily week 3
50mg daily week 4-5
40mg daily week 6
30mg daily week 7
20mg daily week 8
Taking my usual cycle supplements
Dim
Protein/Creatine
Vitamin D3
Vitamin B12
Magnesium
Zinc
Ashwagandha
Ginger Root
Himalaya Liver Care
Fish Oil
Vitamin K2
And the usual PCT
Waiting 4-5 weeks after finishing the cycle to take Clomid and Nolvadex for about a month like usual but will probably up the dosage a bit.
I do bloodwork usually every 2 weeks while cycling. Check my blood pressure as well.
