At 500mg/wk of Test enanthate, a typical dose for a novice user, serum levels are about 6 times normal level.

Anyway, I wonder if the stated doctor preference for gel over injections has more to do with they think the average person is too stupid to poke themselves with a needle once or twice a week without complications and then lawsuits.
