Hey guys,
Tomorrow I have to take some info to my work and my NHS dr about testosterone and how low T effects people and myself.
Yes, I have to show my GP lol which is a joke. she said she found it interesting what Ive said before.
Basically one of the other GP’s in the clinic said there was nothing wrong with me because I was still growing a beard and I cant have low T. But this dr is a bit more open to it and wants to learn whats outside the NHS system here.
My T levels are tested, 280, 305 and 290. Iv had 2 testicular torsion operations as a 12 year old and a 13 year old, maybe it was 13 and 14, cant remember. 3 years ago, I tore my groin badly, and had a sport hernia.
Since then Ive had alot of trouble recovering, basically I havent recovered properly. Low moods, foggy mind, difficulty concentrating, lack of sleep and sleep patterns have been everywhere. Dr’s have constanstly said Im depressed but Id say its low moods. Sexual desire have gone and erections arent nowhere as strong. Ive also gone down in weight, from 81kg to 63kg, Iv gone up a little bit to 67KG. I wasnt fat before so its not like Ive lost loads of fat. Before the operation, I use to hit the weights, but was mostly active with martial arts, climbing, swimming and lots of Jiu Jitsu and boxing. Obviously havent been able to train because of the injury and pains. Which to me causes my bad moods.
Anyway enough about me.
The NHS here says average levels are 270-900 and that Im fine, which Im pretty sure Im not because the average is all ages and including unhealthy people.
I need a couple of articles from this site, I was advised from 3 different guys on sherdog forums to check and look for articles here but Im having a little bit of a hard time finding them because there are so many.

Im looking for some age charts and info to show why it does make a difference when someone that is 26 years old having 300 T levels from someone who is older than 70 years old having 300 T levels. That its not all the same and why the average shouldnt be between 270 -900 for all ages.

Im looking for info on how low testosterone effects injury recovery, and muscle healing. And to explain why my injury hasnt gotten better and keeps reinjurying.

All the symptoms Iv had, depression, confusion, lack of sleep, lose of libido and erection are caused by low T. Ive found most this info anyway, but if there is anything you recommend to read, please let me know.
I know Im asking for alot, but this would really help for 2moro.
btw, Im not doing this to get on TRT. Iv already told my dr Im not looking for it as, I dont want my natural production to stop. So far to make my T levels go up, Ive changed my diet, high protein, high fat. taking all my vits and minerals. zinc, high doses of vitamin d3. Not eating any junk, watching out for xeno estrogens.eating crucifercous veg for clearing estrogens. Ive stopped smoking. and taking up swimming and light climbing so I dont hurt myself.
I also gonna start taking an anti estrogen like GASPARI NOVEDEX XT, 3 weeks on, 1 week off. for now, Im just looking to get this info for my work and dr, will ask for advice on lifestyle and diet afterwards though.
Thanks guys, sorry for my grammar and english lol. hope you can help
