A google search, even a deep, careful google search doesn’t provide much information on this topic. The same watered down information in a few repetitive texts.
I know the general view is that steroids cause an immune system crash.
I also know that steroids can be very successfully used to treat AIDS.
In my layman’s view, that’s a bit of a contradiction.
