OK I’m new to all this stuff but oy to actually body buliding so please be gentle with me. I was prescribed testogel 50 mg by my Consultant as my testosterone levels were low, after a week I saw no difference in either muscle strength or with his in the trouser department.
The consultant today increased my testosterone gel to 100mg. Please excude my naivity, but am I right in thinking pure testosterone is a steroid and I will see greater increase in strength and muscle.
I workout ( weights ) 3 imes a week and cardio alternate days, I also have a hig protien diet and protien shakes with glutaine. Thanks
