Test/Tren or Test/EQ Cycle?

Hey all. I’m training to go into the military, specifically special forces 75th/ranger battalion and I have 6 months to do a cycle and PCT beforehand to get my body and mind prepped. So largely a 3 month cycle + 3 month PCT is what I had in mind. I have been on a very small TRT dose for a while so I would have to go through PCT no matter what anyway so I figured fuck it, i’ll make the best out of the situation while I can.

My goal is to lose about 20lbs of fat, while increasing my muscular strength and vastly increasing my cardio. Currently I can run an 8 minute mile, but my goal is to run a 5 min mile, and complete the 5 mile run in under 33-32 minutes. So avg pace of 6.5mins per mile for 5 miles.

I have done tren years ago and know how fast it works (while also wrecking my lipids) but I also know it typically wrecks your cardio. And cardio is extremely important to me. I know i’ve seen some people say take cardarine or ITPP to counter act the negative cardio effects but i’ve never taken either of those sarm/peptides and there isn’t a ton of research on it.

My other option was take EQ but frontload it. I will be doing training like weighed vest stairclimbing, lots of running, lots of shit that is putting high intensity stress on your joints and while i’ve never done EQ I see nothing but great stuff about joint health and cardio/endurance being amazing on EQ.

I’m curious on what everyone’s take is who have taken tren or EQ or both, and cardiovascular endurance was a big priority to them while taking it how it went and what is recommended. Thanks!

You answered your own question. Tren will destroy your cardio.
You also should consider steroids are to build muscle. They don’t burn fat. Your not gonna build muscle in a deficit.

PCT = feeling like mental trash while losing most of your synthetic gains. Anything you get you’re gonna lose with a forced training program and food regimen for military. You’d be much better off taking the natural route for now.

I am current on test e 600 tren a 210 and eq 600 and its working better than when i did test 600 tren 450 i am losing body fat and building muscle on basicly maintenance calories, i am not using cardarine at 210 tren and have not noticed a drop in cardio can still run and do murphs for me i find that the sweet spot no night sweats or any other side effects other than improved feed efficiency at 450 tren i used 20mg cardarine and couldnt even do burpees sweat all night and wanted to bang every turnt out crackhead at walmart, with this little blast your gonna do enough pushups at basic and ait that you probably wont loose much gains
