Cy wilson wrote a grat article on interpreting blood test results, you should be able to find it with a search fairly easily

i’ve been searching for a while and i cannot come up with the thread you are reffering to, can somebody shine some light for me? thanks all.

TSH is your Thyroid Releasing Hormone. If this is elevated it typically means your thyroid is dysfunctional. TSH tell your thyroid to pump out more Thyroid hormone. When sensed if your thyroid should pump out more hormone, and because it’s a negitive feedback loop, your TSH will go down.

If your thyroid doesn’t answer the call and pump out more thyroid hormone, the body will increase the signal = more TSH. And so on.

My wife had a TSH level of about 7.5, normal is usually between 1-2. Needless to say she has to take meds.

is 368 low for somebody my age? i’m gonna start a test e cycle soon, i just wanted to make sure it would be “worth it” so to speak.

Thyroid Releasing Hormone? …or…Thyroid STIMULATING Hormone?

Not correcting. Asking.

the .967 is probably your free test.

How old are you?

What are the lab reference ranges?

I think he may have read it wrong. The .9 may have been free, or it may it may have been TSH

Well, if your gonna start on HRT(test e) just know that its not a cycle, but for life.

Nope you’re correct. My typing got step ahead of my brain, Stimulating is correct. It stimulates, so the thyroid releases.

I could be wrong, but I am unaware of anything else that is referrenced by TSH.

i’m 24 and the “reference interval” is 241-827

the doctor wouldnt add the test. test, so i added it myself when i noticed i could just chech the box and nobody could tell the doctors office didnt do it. i would imagine there was an option that would explore the test. levels in more detail, seeing as i couldnt tell which one that was i just checked the testosterone box. i had a 1 in 4 shot.

Sounds like LabCorp may have done your test. As I remember, there is no box to check for them to test your free test levels. My doctor had to handwrite it in. At 368 ng/dl total test, your levels are on the lower side of things, so when you go back to the doctor he should be willing to order a bloodwork to check your free test. If he won’t, I’d try and find a different doctor.

labcorp indeed, and this is the second doctor at this sports clinic that refused to give me my test levels. i’m gonna find a new place, whats the best type of doctor to got to if i’m involved in aas? the last doc told me if i started a cycle and then came for my test levels he would “ask me to leave the facility”. am i fuckin nuts or this some crazy shit? are all “sports clinics” gonna be like this? any reccomendation, who do you see? thanks

Dam, another 20-something with low test.

Yea, your on the low end of things.

Give Alpha Male a try and get retested.

If that doesn’t bump you into the 600 range, your gonna have to go HRT.
