Test Only First Cycle

I’m 20 years old almost 21, my stats go like
183 cms tall, 86 kgs at 14%, I’ve been training since I was 17 without breaks (I gym 4 times a week with proper nutrition), the longest breaks I had were like 2 weeks tops.

I’m thinking of running my first cycle with test C only at 300-400 mg/week and using nolvadex as pct. what kind of gains can I expect from this cycle, and what are the possible sides associated with taking low dose test at this age if proper pct is administered and what can I do to minimize the risk of having sides and developing gyno?

It’s too soon. You are a long way from reaching your full potential at 21. You’re not going to get a lot of support given your age.

I use to just say “too young” to posts like this. Now I have a different approach.

Since you are interested then it is time to start learning. You need to read and read and read. Here is a list of things you need to understand before you even think about buying that bottle.

  1. Esters
  2. Half life
  3. AI aka Aromatase Inhibitor
  4. SERM aka Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator
  5. PCT timing for short esters and long esters
  6. Why do we ALWAYS have PCT in HAND before we start
  7. Why do we ALWAYS have AI in HAND before we start.
  8. Peak natural testosterone production and what we risk when we interrupt this natural development
  9. Genetic Potential and why we should be as close as possible to it before we cycle (it’s more than just not wanting to waist money)
  10. Difference between a cycle, blast and cruise, and HRT or TRT (you really need to know these because you could very easily end up relying on them when you screw up and cycle to young)
  11. HCG what is it and why do we end up using it sometimes. Also the two methods of use and reasoning behind them.

I am not trying to discourage you. Everything in that list is something I wish I knew before I started placing my first order for juice. Notice I didn’t say before I started my cycle. I said before I ordered my first cycle.

While you are learning about the above topics you need to learn how to gain muscle naturally because all the juice in the world will not counter a bad diet, shitty gym routine, and improper sleep. Once you have figured out what it takes for you and your genetics to gain muscle you need to push it as far as you can naturally. Once you get to a point where you can not gain anymore you will need to stay at that level of intensity for AT LEAST six months. That time gives your tendons a chance to catch up to the muscle. If we keep gaining muscle our tendons end up falling behind and we injure our selves. Typically our tendons are about six months to a year behind our muscles. Trust me when I say you want healthy strong tendons going into this first cycle.

Alright you now have a full plate so get to it. If you are spot on then about two years from now you could start a cycle in a healthy manner set up to get the most out of it.

One last thing I learned a lot later than I wish I had is, that saying “there is no replacement for displacement” is not completely accurate. While larger weights are necessary to grow at some point you will get aches and pains from your body then you will have a very hard time progressing past that weight. When you get to that point go back and maybe lower the weight a little but increase your reps as much as you can. Every so often I get to that point where I just can’t seem to get past a certain weight, I go and try a different isolation exercise but I increase the reps sometimes as much as double. I do this for a few weeks then bam I can get past the weight barrier. Trust me that little bit will come in handy.
