Test/LH Boosting Supplements

I am currently taking Andro Gel, a “controlled substance” prescribed for low T levels. I’ve been taking it about 8 weeks at 5 grams and have gone from 219 to 360 NG/DL. The normal levels are 241-827. After speaking to doc today he agreed to raise the dose from “4 pumps” to “6 pumps”. I would like to supplement in addition to this.

Does anyone know of any good T supplements or leutenizing hormone increasing supplements. In the past I have had good results while taking Tribulus Gold and Xyience testosterone supplement as a stack (before I knew I was actually below normal in T) and had good strength gains, but I was taking the kitchen sink in the supplement dept. so it’s a little hard to isolate =>).

Recently I decided to have my T levels tested for various reasons. It turns out I have a “micro” benign tumor on my pituitary gland that interferes with normal T production. Incidentally, my leutenizing hormone levels were normal preAndro - they should have been high since my T levels were low.

I’m thinking supplements containing tribulus terrestis may be best for an extra boost. The doc didn’t recommend me supplementing but didn’t discourage it either. He doesn’t put much stock in OTC products. Nonetheless, I believe there are effective supplements out there. It’s using the right ones and the ones that meet your individual needs. Sharing any of your experiences or knowledge would be great.

Alpha Male

I’d recommend USN Tribulus Terrestris
although the Biotest Alpha Male looks impressive would be good to know about it from someone who’s used it?

I’ll second this, although TRIBEX wouldn’t be a bad choice either.

I spoke extensively w/the salesmen at the local vitamin store. “Alpha” was among the recommended. THey were actually out of it or I may have gotten it. I went w/Novadex XT - their “best seller”. It is “anti-aromotase” (estrogen blocking or what have you). I also bought some milk thistle to help keep the liver in check in case that’s necessary.
