Test Exposure and Recovery Time Question

Just curious about something as I read more and more on this forum in relation to AAS use and natural test surpression. Although highly individualistic, is there a link between time on and recovery? I know if someone was B&Cing for years, then yeah, recovery is gonna be a while perhaps.

But what about two week exposure to test or four weeks vs a typical 12-16 week cycle? Is it the same level of surpression and more it less the same recovery periods? Obviously 2-4 weeks of test won’t do much for gains, but curious about exposure to recovery windows without the aid of a pct, so it’s all bodily regulated without any external aid.

I have never seen any evidence that a few more weeks added to a cycle causes longer or more difficult recovery.

my opinion - if you care about suppression and plan on PCT and quiting steroids anyway, losing all your gains, dont do them now, because there is no point in fucking yourself just for a few months of having some bit of fake muscle… no one will even notice.

but about what you asked - as far as i understand - its either ON or its OFF. There is no such thing as more or less supressed - your body either produces stuff or it doesnt. and i believe it shuts down pretty fast… comes back depending on genetics and PCT and all that crap.

That is an interesting opinion Hank. You can only hold your size while blasting or cycling.
What are your thoughts on muscle memory? I have always heard once you got big one time it was always much easier to get it back due to muscle memory.

Granted I blast and cruise much different than cycle and try to get back to naddy, I always seem to be able to hold my gains. I may not wake-up in the morning and my whole body has a hard on but the tape measure does not lie. My traps are visible with my tee shirt on I can still see the veins in my biceps and forearms.

Yeah, fair point. Was just curious about dosage damaging natural levels but maybe it’s more to do with time vs dosage in the end. And genetics / PCT like you said.

I think I read a study once (can’t for the life of me remember which one)that said your body does remember the new muscle nuclui built from AAS but it’s quite hard to keep anything past your natural limits off cycle. Any truth to it do you think?

Pretty much any dose of most steroids are going to suppress or entirely shut down (depending on what is used and for how long) nature production.

What i wanted to say was that i do not like the idea of people shutting themselves down with drugs, then stressing about what other drugs to take, to get back to natty, also losing all they got from those first drugs in the first place.
Example - Natty dude wants some gains, so he starts to cycle. Does one cycle, does PCT, comes back natty, maintains some gains. Repeats this process for whatever amount of time AND each time keeps some gains so he kind of grows all this time, right? Why is he stressing about PCT and comming back to natural? Because SOMEDAY he is hoping to quit steroids, right? So after 5 years of cycles and PCT, he wants kids, he does PCT and fertility stuff, makes kids, has family, never does steroids again for 10 years, and at this time, he does not look like he has ever used steroids anyways… So my question is - WHY THE FUCK in the first place?
Doing time on=time off you will NEVER look like you use steroids anyway and for me(my personal opinion, im not pushing it on anyone) is that if you are going to look natty or be natty in a while anyway, why take those fcking drugs?
I made a decision when i was 18, that i will probably be on till i die. I will go TRT doses when im older, but i will still be ON and supressed 100%, so i just do not care about pct and supression, because while ON, i want to look like im on…I dont see the point of sticking needles in me, if i look “above average” 3 months and then i shrivel 3 months after also stressing about my natural hormone levels. I just dont think people need to poison themselves if they care about being natty anyway.

As far as muscle memory goes - yes, sure, i agree. But i dont think people use steroids now, so maybe in 10 years after looking like average Joe Schmoe to do a cycle and get some muscle memory going. I just dont see the point. Either you are ON for some serious goals of your lifetime, or stay natty and do what you can to be healthy and athletic.
For me, PCT and trying to come off, is complete opposite of the idea of steroids as such.

Thank you I see your point.
10 years naddy after cycling a few years I did not think about that.

30yo Naddy + 10 years = sarcopenia (first sign the Dad bod)
