I’ve been on a long cycle now comprised of Test E 500mg, EQ 750mg, Mast P 450mg. I’m coming towards the end of the cycle and wondering if I should drop the test down to help with aesthetics and help loose some water. I’m in a deep deficit and looking to get lean!

I’m surprised that you would be carrying a lot of water with that combination.
A pic as suggested would be helpful as well as basic stats. Body fat especially.
If you are indeed in a deep deficit, I would be surprised if you are holding much water with this combo. Have you had blood work done during this cycle?
You only reason I ask is because the EQ is going to take a long time to finally unwind once your cycle is over and can crash your E2. Most people would cut the EQ a couple weeks prior to the end of the cycle in order to avoid this and also to time PCT correctly.

I’ve been in a lean gain phase for the period of the cycle and have been in a cut for around 6 weeks now.
Haven’t got access to getting skin folds done unfortunately due to being in a remote area of Australia. A few pics attached.
2050cals, 250g protein, 155g carbs, 47g fats

You’re not full of water. You’re just not lean. Your face would be much puffier with water retention amongst other things. That’s a lot of gear for a natural looking physique. I’m just being blunt.
- Test your gear. It may be under dosed or fake
- Reevaluate nutrition and training
- You may be an under responder to gear period and or those compounds are not productive for you

How long have you been dieting?
What is your end goal?
Still on cycle. Have about 4 weeks left. And PCT after.
Dieting (cutting) for around 10 weeks.
Just to try get as lean as I can really before hopping off.
How long have been on?
How much weight have you lost in that 10 weeks?
Where did your diet cals start and what have the drops looked like?
Your at pretty low cals with a fair bit of work to do.
I feel like you are trying to build/cut in the same cycle which is not tdeal. I think your rushing things for a perceived goal.
Been on 16 weeks,
Started at 90kg now 85kg
Cals started at 2800
Yea I feel like you’re right, I was trying to build/recomp instead of commit to the cut.
IMO, a “lean gain” is a good plan for you. The pics you posted are about as much percent body fat as you should allow a bulk to get.
If you are currently losing strength these final weeks of your AAS cycle, I would suggest reverting back to a lean gain that adds no additional fat. You look to be at a good % body fat to start a cut. Allow your body to establish this % body fat composition as a new set point.
What is your long term goal? How much time do you hope to meet that goal within?
Strength is still up.
