Hello all,
I’m currently doing a 750mg/week Test and 750mg/week EQ cycle and I am looking to add in NPP at 300mg/week for a bulking agent for the last 8 week. I have never used NPP before. I am gaining considerable strength and leaned out a lot, but have gained very little size and weight on test/EQ although I am consuming 3500+ Calories with a fairly good diet. Has anyone ever done all three at once and what has been your results? Also not sure if I should lower my test/EQ now that I am throwing in NPP? Any solid tips would help. Thanks.
My uneducated opinion is this is a food problem, not a drug problem. Inject more carbs through your feeder hole and save the NPP for next go around.

What are your current stats?
You should be able to gain considerable size on 750/750 test/EQ assuming you’re eating enough. I maintain 240 at 3800-4000 cals per day.
I’m sitting at 215 with around 14% bodyfat. My past cycles I have eaten similar and gained 15-20lb’s with lower doses, but for some reason I seem to be burning through everything right now.
Up the cals, not the gear. Unless you 5’ tall, 215 isn’t so developed that you NEED more gear (don’t get me wrong, it’s decent, but you’re not a monster). Plus, gear doesn’t add size, food does. Gear just helps make better use of those calories.
Thanks, I’ll just try to do that for now then. Last time I was on I got to 230 from 200, but a lot of that was water and fat. I wanted to avoid that this time and now I think I’m under estimating how many calories I burn in a day as I’m more active right now then before.

Just increase 100-200 cals at a time until the scale starts moving again. And keep doing that as needed. But once the scale starts moving, hold the cals there, and if it stops add more cals again
I have done bigger doses. And smaller ones. My opinion is that size of the dose is not proportionate to gains. My experience is that 1,5g of gear either puts you in a pro level OR you dont have the genetics amd therefore a need to take up to maximum of 500-700 total a week.

Hey guys, so been adding lots of carbs and some extra calories for four days now. This definitely was the issue. I’ve almost blown up overnight. Thanks for your help all.
