"Test E" First Cycle?

Hello I’m new here and I am fixing to do my first ever cycle of “Test E”. I am 31yrs old 150lbs @5’9". Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have two 10ml bottles of test, Nolvadex, HCG and proviron? I want to do things right and safe. Do I really need the proviron and HCG for test only cycle? Do I need any Ai? Any PCT and cycle plan info would be great.

First bit of advice would be to wait. 150lbs means you still have tons of natural potential left, most likely you either haven’t been training long enough, or your nutrition isn’t where it needs to be. If your nutrition or training isn’t on point, no amount of steroids will help. You’ll gain while on, but once you come off, you’ll lose what you had gained.

If you can figure out your nutrition and training, add maybe 20 or so pounds naturally, you will then truly be able to reap the benefits of test.

My metabolism is so high no matter what I do I can’t gain weight if I wait till I gain 20 more pounds I’ll never get there lol

Exactly my point, your nutrition is off, and still possibly training. High metabolism means you have to eat slightly differently, and eat WAY more.

I was 5’10 and 135lbs. I started lifting at 24 and struggled to put on weight for a couple of years. I too, am a “hard gainer” with an extremely high metabolism. It wasn’t until I start eating around 4,000 calories that I started to gain weight. In just a few years I was up to 170ish and 8% BF.

We are very lucky, we don’t put on much fat, and can cut it easily when we do. That’s great, but you need to figure out how to eat first.

Here’s the truth… your high metabolism will eff you once you’re off cycle. If you can’t figure out how to gain without a cycle, your body WILL NOT maintain the muscle you build on cycle, once you come off. Your high metabolism and lack of eating will set you right back.

You should be able to gain 20lbs in less than 2 years and then be ready. Figure out your body first though.

What did you eat?

Diet is something you should have on lock before you consider something as serious as steroids man. I would highly recommend doing research, learning about nutrition, and what and how to eat.
Whole grains, oats, yams, etc… healthy fats, avocados, nuts, eggs… lots of protein. Try MyFitness Pal, it makes tracking your intake pretty easy.

Please understand though, if you start down the steroid path now, it will really be for nothing. Plenty of guys don’t listen, and wonder why they cannot maintain their gains.

Keep it healthy, do it right, no huge rush. Stick around here, and you’ll learn tons for when the time is right.

I’m of the opinion if you go on stay on. You don’t need to go on.

I also think clean cals are fine, but most who try to gain clean weight with high metabolism struggle. Get in the cals you need to gain weight even if it means doing some of them dirty.

Train consistently. Get plenty of rest.

Ok will do thanks, a cycle plan and PCT info would still be nice I’m not gonna do it yet just trying to learn everything as much as I can.

100%, during my first few years I ate a lot of burgers, Pizza and pop tarts. I’d still say 50-70% of my weekly foods were healthy foods though. Need to find a good mix if you wanna put it on quickly. But even with a fast metabolism, if you eat enough clean food, you will grow. Problem is, the struggle that comes with eating THAT much clean food. Easier to get at dirty for max calories.

I always hesitate to mention the dirty stuff because guys take it too serious and go way over the top.

Guys aren’t going to just spoon feed you a cycle, dude. Just like no one will spoon feed you a full on diet. Do some research, read pages and pages on here, there’s tons of cycle advice. Put it together and learn. If you want to do something as serious as steroids, you should put in the time, yourself, to understand them.

I used to have a copy and paste note for this on my old phone.

Week 1-10: 500 mg/wk Test E
Week 11-12: Nothing
Week 13-14: Nolvadex 40mg/day
Week 15-16: Nolvadex 20mg/day

You should need nothing else.

What do you think I’m doing.

You asking people to hand you information is not research. How do you know to trust the people here over the hundreds of other sites? You should read first, then plan, and then ask for advice on your suggested plan. Show some initiative and that you actually understand some of this stuff.

Dude I ain’t arguing with you. I’ve got people I talk to and trust me I’ve been doing plenty of homework, nothing wrong with seeing if what someone else has adds up with what you have. You literally Know nothing about me, you are making assumptions and when you ass-u-me it makes a ASS out of U and ME

Cute saying, cupcake… bout as cute as those biceps. Now let’s chill out for a second, no one is arguing with you. If you have done plenty of research, how about lay your cycle plans out, and ask for advice… instead of just asking people to write your cycle, workout plans, and meal plan.

I’ve done nothing but give you solid advice, and it’s pretty evident you’re going to run whatever gear you have currently on hand, and not get your diet or training in check first. Best of luck to ya!
