Test E, Dianabol, Clenbuterol and Anavar cycle

40 years old 6’1 104kg

I’m thinking of doing a cycle of Test E 500mg weekly 30mg of Dianabol daily 40-80mcg Clenbuterol 3 weeks on three weeks off while taking 30mg of Anavar I’m doing 0.5mg of Anastrozole twice weekly what’s your thoughts people?

Two thoughts.
1-Your posting in the wrong forum
2- You literally give nothing to go on but your height and weight.

Now i’ve got questions for you

Past training history
Past AAS use
What’s the goal of this cycle? It makes 0 sense.

Lifting since 15 bench press 100kg squats 130kg I meant do a Test Enanthate cycle with Dianabol first bulking cycle then after that do a cutting cycle with Clenbuterol and Anavar 3 weeks on 3 weeks off then 3 weeks on previous cycles is Test Enanthate and Anavar I got some results but I am aiming to bulk up more

Clenbuterol is a great drug for heavier competitive Bodybuilders. It leveled the playing field with the lighter competitors.

It is a harsh drug that I only used the final weeks when my body fat got below 10%. I never turned to Clenbuterol when I was above 10% body fat.

Surely you don’t need Clenbuterol. Your diet alone should get you as lean as you want to be.

Maybe just do Anavar when my Dianabol cycle is over I’ll still have another 6 weeks on Test Enanthate I’m currently consuming 200g of protein a day I was thinking of going up to 250g and aim at around 1000 calories a day on my cutting cycle since being on Dianabol and Test Enanthate I’ve put on some good gains lifting heavier and bulking up I’m taking 1mg of Anastrozole a week I’m still working on my lower chest I’ve got a large upper chest and big shoulders and arms.. I’ve just got to put in some serious work on the lower chest.. any tips? So far I’ve been doing decline work and dips

I never fell into the “bulk up and cut down” cycling approach to adding muscle. If you are not extremely careful you will be doing essentially the same as the Yo-yo diet trap that many women fall into.

I am guessing that when I started lifting weights that I was about 15% body fat. My aim was to get stronger on all my lifts without looking like I shouldn’t be at the beach. As I got stronger, my muscles became larger, and I looked more like I lifted weights. I don’t believe that my percent body fat ever got higher than 15%. I was always no more than 8 weeks out from a Bodybuilding contest if one became aware to me.
