Hey everyone! So I am pretty excited to start my second cycle. After a lot of readinrig and research I have decided to go with Test E and Dbol, plus a few extra things to help everything go smooth. My question is: how long do you run the Dbol and what results do you get. My question arises after getting contradictory information. Some people say to only run the Dbol to kickstart for about 4 weeks. Others say to run it longer for added gains. I am very familiar with the bloat and other effect of Dbol and have planned a diet and AI regiment to help reduce that. Very simply I would like some input on the length and dosage for maximum results.
My stats are below.
Height: 6’5"
Weight: 239
BF%: 15-17%( In Afghanistan and very had to get precise measurements right now)
Bench: 285lbs
Sqaut: 325lbs
Deadlift: 405lbs
I am aware my BF% is a little high and I am planning on reducing that another 3-4% before beginning the cycle. I am going to run Clen in and out before and after. My complete cycle looks like this:
Cycle
1-10 Test-E @ 350mg every 3.5 days (700mg weekly)
1-12 Arimidex @ .25 every other day
1-6 Dbol @ 25-50mg daily
6-12 Proviron @ 50mg daily
1-10 Nolvadex @ 40mg if needed
PCT
9-12 HCG (Dosage suggestions welcomed)
13-13 Clomid @ 100mg daily – 14-16 Clomid @ 50mg daily
13-14 Nolvadex @ 40mg daily – 15-16 Nolvadex @ 20mg daily
Also, any workout programs to follow would be greatly appreciated. I am building a custom one for my goals but I could use a little input if anyone has some time to review it. Thanks in advance for all the help, its great to see a place where knowledge is so freely passed!!!
Why are you taking nolvadex during cycle? Or even proviron? Your sex drive is going to be way above normal, and you are already taking an AI. There is no need for proviron, or nolvadex, during a cycle this basic, unless you experience gyno symptoms. Also, those are pretty weak numbers for a guy your size. What is your training like?
The Nolvadex is only if symptoms show, otherwise I will not be taking it. Proviron was not the best choice, it was a recommendation but after the research I think the Adex will suffice as an AI. Do you have a good recommendation to follow up the Dbol? Or should I just bump the Test E dosage up a little.
My bench is actually at 315, but its sloppy so I don’t count it…I am a stickler for form…half reps don’t count! My squat and deadlifts are where I am comfortable( knee surgery a year ago, removed meniscus) I can lift heavier on both but again form gets sloppy, same with Squats.
Overall, no excuses, I am not as strong as I should be. I really started lifting about 4 years ago, made many mistakes and had to relearn a lot of things including form. I am currently training 2 hours a day 6 days a week. I am a contractor and when I head back to the states on R&R I don’t have enough time to hit the gym regularly(I just got back from a two month break) These are also my current numbers just getting back in.
One thing to note, I am dedicated, when I head back to the US full time I will continue my improvement. Unfortunately with a family R and R’s consist of a lot of catching up!!!
