I am new to the board but have researched a lot on this and other pages. I would like to start my first cycle and have some minor questions and would like feed back on the stack.
STATS
29 years
7-10 years training off and on was military for 10 years and now a contractor.
72" 220
BF 17%
Goal would be to add muscle mass while end of the cycle cutting up some.
Diet is clean but very limited options as to where I am located.
Normal Day
0400 2 scoops ON Hydro whey and pre-workout
0415 workout BLOX SAA
0600 post workout BLOX and 2 scoops Hydo whey Animal pak
0630 Breakfast 5 boiled egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal.
1000 ON gold standard whey
1300 Lunch 1 cup mixed vegetables, 3 4 oz chicken breast, 8 slices of deli turkey, and 2 slices of provolone cheese
1630 ON gold standard whey
1700 Cardio
1830 Dinner fish, turkey, chicken (this is what is usually changed every day)
1930 ON Casein protein and Animal pak PM
Workout is from the Arnold Book
Monday & Thursday - Chest and Back
Tues & Friday - Shoulders, Bi’s, Tris, Forearms
Wednesday & Saturday - Lower body
After all research I have done the best Stack would be Test.
I would like to run Test E and Tren with a Winstrol at the end.
10 weeks on Test E
W 1 Test E (650mg+250mg) Fronload
W 2-10 Test E 500mg (250mg x 2 a week) Monday & Thursday
Trenbolone Enanthate
W 1-8 Tren 500mg (250mg x 2 a week) Monday & Thursday
Winstrol
W 10-14 Winstrol 50mg ED
During Cycle
W 1-10 Adex
PCT
W 12-16 Nolva 40/40/20/20
Some of my questions include
how would the vets run the winstrol?
how much adex whould I use?
is my PCT good?
and what are the best ways to get adex and nolva kinda hard for me to get some things here but it can be done just need a lot of advance to make sure I can get it?
all input would be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions let me know and I will answer them I tried to include the most info I could think of in this post.
