I am going through this right now as well (just starting week 4). I feel good but just tired and lethargic as you mentioned after a couple of weeks. This go around is much better than the last though.

A couple little things I did that seemed to help is up my adex dosage. I used to run .25 eod but bumped it up to .5 eod this time. I am only up 9 Lbs. so far during this cycle and the last one at this time I was damn near 17. So my conclusion is that the extra water weight you get from dbol and test contributes to the lethargy. Are you holding a lot of water right now?

2nd thing- even though right before bed would seem like a good time to take it I tend to avoid this whenever possible. I have a harder time getting to sleep for some reason. Also something about dbol itself or maybe the extra water weight relaxes your throat muscles with contributes to snoring and restless sleep, kinda mimicking sleep apnea. I usually don’t snore but on dbol I saw logs. Same thing that happens if you tie a good one on the night before, the alcohol relaxes your throat muscles and you snore and have restless sleep.

I still have not figured out a magic bullet but those two things make it much better.
If you are holding a lot of water and don’t want to up the AI you could try a natural flush. Just drink a shit load of water and low carb diet for a little bit, stay away from salty foods or anything that makes you hold water. Cut out all the sodas and such if you do normally drink them.
