Test Cyp Cycle - Advice Welcomed


Hi all,

Looking to start my first cycle in early August to coincide with the end of my current cut. The goal will be to bulk cleanly - obviously some fat gain expected but will tailor calories to keep this in check.

Given my stats it’s obvious that I still have plenty of natural genetic potential left but have made the decision to go ahead with aas after plenty of research and thought.

Will be getting baseline blood work done in the coming weeks, as well as DEXA scan to confirm BF prior to starting.

Cycle is built around 250mg of test cyp pinned twice weekly (500mg/w). First pin will be 500mg to kick start test levels. Adex run from week 3 onward @ .25mg EOD to control estrogen. Considered Fina but the general indication I received was that it wouldn’t be necessary for such a cycle. 40/40/20/20 Nolva for PCT. Everything on-hand, plus spares prior to starting the cycle.

Cyp selected over enth simply due to the slightly longer half-life; there is a possibility I may need to make one or two short business trips on-cycle (unavoidable in my line of work) and I won’t be able to bring gear across international borders.

Calorie Surplus: Week 3-6 @ +500kcal
Calorie Surplus: Week 7-12 @ +1,000kcal
Calorie Surplus: Week 13-14 @ +500kcal
Monitor BF % and adjust calories accordingly
3 x daily multivitamin
6g fish oil daily

TRAINING

Lift 5 x weekly, each muscle group 2 x weekly
30m jogging 3 x weekly

ON-CYCLE

Week 1 Test Cyp @ 500mg first pin
Week 1 Test Cyp @ 250mg second pin
Week 2-12 Test Cyp @ 500mg/week split dose
Week 3-13 Adex @ 0.25mg EOD (0.25 ED if required)

POST-CYCLE

Week 15-18 Nolva @ 40/40/20/20mg ED
Additional Nolva on hand

25G 1in 3ml - Glutes (Primary Site)
25G 5/8in 3ml - Delts (If Required)
Extra needles for reusable vials (10ml @ 250mg/ml)
Alcohol swabs

Looks solid

The only area of improvement I could see is to taper off the test abit before coming off completely. For instance run 500mg per week until w10, then drop the dose to 250,then to 125 for the last 2 weeks. Then take 2 weeks off and start pct. Not at all necessary, but it could further ease your body through the transition which imo is the most important for keeping gains.

Could even add a test booster like tribulus into pct. Its cheap and couldnt hurt.

Cheers mate, thanks for the input, that’s something I hadn’t been considering - taper down + serm. Have to give it some thought.

Might look into getting some hcgenerate or similar to beef up pct a bit. Probably order from the states but that sort of stuff gets across the border no worries

Really solid. I would up my protein if you want to make the leanest gains possible. Minimum should be 1.5g of protein per lb. I like to hit 2.5g per lb and I see a significant difference.
