Test Cyp and Tren

So I was planning on running…
250mg/week Test Cyp
200mg/week of Tren

… I’ve read, and been told I should run 300mg/week of Tren… Is going to 300mg worth the gains with side effects kept in mind? Or will I notice substantial gains from 200mg? Considering this is my first real cycle.
I’m 5’10" and 180lbs… I’m not at the peak of my physical training, but I’m looking to get to 205lbs with 10% body fat… Should I do 300mg Tren a week?

First real cycles are typically Test solo. Some drugs won’t do much in small doses but Tren is definitely effective at 200mg/wk.

Woudln’t we all want that? Steroids won’t get you there. Proper training and nutrition will. At 5’10" a lean 195-205 is certainly possible. Steroids would help, but a single cycle isn’t going to do it.

Agree with @blshaw . I’d just increase test for “first real cycle”. I like tren ace, few sides for me than dec/NPP. Over 200mg a wk I do start to have diminished sensation sexually, but it is powerful. I stick to 150wk when adding it in. Its just enough to top off a cycle for us recreational bodybuilders.

One cycle to match the muscularity of Frank Zane? It sounds a bit different put that way, doesn’t it. He was only about 190, but leaner (more like 5-6%), and an inch shorter. But if we remove 5% weight for the fat difference, that’s still 5 lbs heavier than Zane.

I think many underestimate how lean 10% is on a muscular body.

Here is Zane off season, at about 10% BF. Probably sitting at ~210 lbs.
