Test C / Anavar Cycle / PCT Advice

Hi there, I’m currently running 250 mg of Test C per week and considering adding a mild Anavar cycle for the first time. I’m looking for advice on dosages for both Test C and Anavar, as well as guidance on what a proper PCT protocol would look like, including dosages.

Additionally, I currently take 0.5 mg of Arimidex with each injection to manage my estrogen levels, which tend to be slightly elevated (around 70) without it, causing minor side effects. Should I continue the Arimidex throughout the entire cycle? Thanks in advance for your help!

What are your goals? What is your history with PED use? What is your training? Health (if you care).

Take what you need to hit your goals.

I used Nolva 20mg daily for 6-8 weeks when i did PCT.

If your e2 is also too high while on cycle then yes, you should consider using an AI.
