Test and Equipose Cycle

What are the requirements for the basic strength training base?

Not drugs and shortcuts, but rather actual time, effort, and intelligence put into your training. I don’t think there are set requirements to what a “basic strength training base” is for people. I’ve been lifting since I was 14, and I feel like I actually look like I lift now at 31 - drug free (So maybe I’m in the wrong forum here).

I hate to flame/troll but it’s very disturbing to see how easily you can buy PEDs compared to proper training wherever you are. I’m not around PED-using athletes (that I know of) as much as you seem to be, so I don’t have a realistic view of what a steroid-enhanced athlete should look like, but thanks for proving to me that steroids don’t guarantee gains.

The point of this forum isn’t to suggest people get on gear. It’s to hopefully educate them on how to do it correctly if they’re going to do it anyway.

bro, what are you trying to prove? Are you saying all the athletes on gear are cheating? i have been lifting since 16 but did not have the knowledge so i didnt grow at that time and im still struggling to obtain the competitive physique even with gear and i wish i was born in America and get a legitimate coach to be in IFBB PRO by now. To me i dont take PEDS to get there fast, i need it to reach my men’s physique goal. So yeah.

Depends on the sport. If steroids are against the rules, yeah it’s cheating. If it’s non-tested it’s fair game.

You’re struggling to obtain a competitive physique because you’ve put so much more energy into researching steroids than proper training - you don’t even talk about your training methodology here. You might want to change your approach if it hasn’t been working, especially if it hasn’t been working while on gear.

Living in another country isn’t much of an excuse. It looks like you have a decent gym out there and you can always get online training - its 2018 bro. I don’t think it’s possible to make it as an IFBB pro in Mens Physique without PEDs, but you should be able to mop up local/regional shows with a natty physique, or at least have a decent natty physique.

I dont mean to hate/troll/flame, but your physique is incredibly unimpressive for somebody who’s used steroids.

Dude,I’m not offending you in anyways but I did 1 very mild cycle and never gone for the high bulker dosages and stacking many compounds with GH and peptides and so on. Another thing u commented about workouts right, how many people here sharing their workout routines and even in the web. Speaking of researching how many workout articles are there legitimate true and I’m not condemning this good website. Then again you are USA dude and I’m in some Asian country wit limited resources knowledges around and trying my best to get the knowledges so that I can work hard. I’m not condemning you, but if u born here right, I’m pretty sure u’ll give up and another thing I have worked really hard and get lesser result cos I lacked the knowledge and most of the knowledge out there is not free. Dude I’m hating your comment but I’m denying it .

I never said you were offending me, I’m giving you basic elementary-level training advice. I’ve gained mass naturally and got stronger while living in Asian countries just by eating more and training as I had been. I was squatting on a damn smith machine too and wasn’t deadlifting during the time.

You know more than PEDs than any natty athlete I know in the US, but you can’t optimize your PED use because you don’t understand basic training and nutrition. You may be in an Asian country without a big bodybuilding/fitness scene, but the internet is worldwide. There are tons of videos for natties online on YouTube. There are literally decades of articles with programs on this very site, and tons of training advice for natty and enhanced athletes.

Yea, there are a lot bunch of YouTube videos who slowly manipulate the viewers into customer by giving partial answers and there are some good websites with good infos but they are limited. Speaking of good workout try suggest me some good and hardest workouts out there that can really change my physique since your the guy here saying everything on the internet is resourceful

Very well.

Look up some of the channels you like, see what they all agree on and execute. The info is limited because it’s not personalized. But feel free to contact anyone who provides this content if you want specifics - you’ll see lots of free programs all over this site. I personally think 5/3/1 is a good program for your level.
