Test and EQ Cycle 1st Time EQ

I’ve seen a few discussions about this but they’re not the same as what I’m looking for so here goes. 43 yo, male, 5’11”, #213, BF% around 12-15. Blood work is all good but my SHBG is high last draw.

I’m normally at 300/wk T, arimidex 2mg/wk, but bumped up to 500 for 8-12 weeks and thinking of adding EQ in. I’m more looking for endurance benefits not mass necessarily but more is always nice too.

Anyone done this before or have advice? I already have the EQ and am about to start week 3 of 500 T. Dosage of EQ? Things to watch for? Thanks in advances

Test and EQ is a pretty common cycle. I would keep the test around 300 and run the EQ at 600. I personally like 125 deca with it as well but my goals are different.
May have to donate blood if hematocrit rises too much. Get bloods after 5 weeks and see where you are at.

Thanks for the advice. Interesting that I’ve heard a lot of people go 500 T 300 EQ vs the other way around you were suggesting. I’m guessing the deca would be the difference there. I have deca and could add that in as I am starting EQ this week.

I do worry about hair loss as I love my hair for now. Deca seems to not be as bad on hair.

Would Anavar be of any help with T and EQ?

What exactly are your goals? You say endurance and not size but what does that mean? You have already raised test?
Endurance in the gym? What kind of training do you do?
My training is BB focused so always trying to grow.

Goals currently are to just be as cardio-fit/endurance as possible. I’ve run cycles before and LOVE putting on size and always down for that. But I know adding mass AND increasing cardio can be impossible if not just a fool’s errand.

Ideally, I’d have endurance tip-top until about July and then would like to really put some mass on when I was ready for my next cycle.

The only way to increase cardio is just to do cardio weather that’s higher intensity work or just less rest in between sets.
EQ will help a little but it’s not a game changer. When I raced MTB/gravel/cyclocross and ran ultras my go to for higher cardio capacity was ostarine/cardarine. That was a noticeable difference.
Try the test/EQ and see how you like it. Save the deca for growth.
Anavar is always a great compound to add in as it’s fairly mild except on the lipids. make sure your taking an organ protection product.
I would still run low test and let the EQ shine here. Mor etest will just add more water and decrease cardio.
300 test
600 EQ
50mg/day anavar split into two 25mg doses.
Organ protection. I like N2Guard.

Heard. I’m running two miles every morning at 6a M-F, then brisk 3 mile walk in the afternoons 3x/week. Just looked up N2 and ordered two bottles of it. I have plenty of AI on hand and will see how the switch to 300/600 goes. I have anavar on hand as well.

Not to derail the thread but for the life of me I can’t find a link to n2guard anywhere. Is it sold on Amazon or somewhere else? How do you find it compared to NaC or Silymarin?

it’s a great product with a ton of ingredients. I take it pretty much year round at 1/3 the recommended dosage and then 7 caps/day when on cycle.
It used to Hace NAC it but it had to be removed because of FDA restrictions.

I’d agree, lower Test higher EQ. Just keep an eye on e2, obviously.
