Been running test and Deca at a one to one ratio 300/300 split twice a week. Planning on running for a total of 16 weeks. Been great and great for my joints, blood work looks good, everything within an acceptable range. Was wanting to finish out the cycle on anavar. Question is about timing, should I start it now at week 10 or wait? After week 16 I’m planning to drop to 200 test for a few weeks, then back to my TRT dose of 150 test. I’ve ran anavar twice before with TRT and really like it.
Run it when lifts stall for a boost in strength.
That is about the only rationale that makes any sense for adding Anavar that I can see.
Yeah personally on a build cycle I would run anadrol but to each their own.
So from week 1 to week 10 what progress have you made?
I’ve gained 5 lbs (191 to 196) and lost 1.5% bf (13.6 to 12.1) according to my Hume scale anyways. I should really be eating more (I’m eating roughly 3600 cal pretty clean) I’m also fighting a shoulder injury which did some nerve damage and prevents me from being able to hit a lot of chest, shoulder, and some bicep exercises with heavy weight. Just found out that my top rib is out of place and agitating the nerve not letting it heal. Started going to physical therapy to get it worked out.
