Hi all, would love some thoughts and guidance…
34 y/o cis-male
6’0"
Currently 155 lbs
15 years of lifting experience
Had to take the last year off because of a bad shoulder injury
Back at the gym now, lifting 5 days a week with some help from a trainer
1.5 years ago did a cycle of test 300 2x/week for 12 weeks followed by tapering and then boosted natural T with herbs successfully, had some nice gains but was not eating enough and gains were limited (now i know!)
Looking at the following protocol-
Weeks 1-12:
IM injection of test 300mg 2x/week + deca 300mg 2x/week
Arimidex: 0.25mg / day
3000 kcal per day / 180 grams protein per day
Cardio 2-3x/week @ 20-30 mins sustained with apx HR 120-130 bpm
Continue lifting 5-6 days/week
Weeks 13+:
Still evaluating PCT options, either taper test, AI, or others tbd
(some PCT will require 2 weeks off stack before starting)
Diet exercise TBD
Questions:
(1) Any suggested tweaks to the cycle weeks 1-12?
(2) Would adding Anavar at some point in the cycle be OK to help with a little bit of fat loss around the belly and giving a little bit more cut? Or is it pointless? If not, what dosage and for how many weeks (I’ve been reading around 50mg/day)?
