Cool well i read half life was 6 hours is that right? Bases on that i would either take 20 mg every 6 hours or 10mg every 3 right?

that’s not how I’d think of it. I’d just divide my day up into morning, night and pre workout and dose accordingly
Think you should learn how to eat and train more if you needed a cycle to hit 195. Not being mean but unless you are well below 6ft which you are 195 is not impressive or maybe you are almost stage ready then it would be as well. This looks very much like drugs as a crutch. You won’t get everything you can out of them

Fair enough guys 195lb isn’t impressive compared to someone who lifts competitively, has been dedicated quite a while or who adds 20lb on their real weight on the internet but next to an average Joe it ain’t bad.
My nutrition and training certainly isn’t perfect as I have a 9-5 and real world commitments to compete with but it isn’t bad, in the last few years I went right down to 168lb and ripped and then staying as lean as possible I went all the way up to 185lb through trial and error and learning as I went, no trainer and no drugs and yes I could continue to add muscle without drugs but I have chosen to use AAS just like 90% of the forum has to quicken this process as the gains started to slow down.
My first cycle was a failure due to making the school boy error of using Tren on the first cycle and at the end I got quite ill lost my gains, my appetite and all motivation, not excuses as it was all my fault but I have learnt from it and am now back at 185lb lean and my nutrition and lifting is back on form ready for this cycle which I hope will leave me between 195lb and 200lb after PCT losses. 200lb is not my final goal just my next milestone.
na no sleep issues with the dbol for me but I can’t sleep for shit anyway so I’m probably not the best person to ask

mate when you actually going to start this cycle? You’ve been planning it longer than most people spend planning to have kids!
Haha 19th July, I started planning when I finished the last cycle so had to give myself a couple of months to normalise. Funny enough i never planned to have any kids but have one on way too haha.
eating boat loads and weighing sub 200lbs doesnt go together…
i was an easy 210lbs at 6’1 before touching AAS.
a few cycles later im 225lbs but much leaner.
my advise would be to get lean first then start trying to put on size.
the gains come much cleaner when you start out in a leaner state.
Yep I agree, learnt that the way myself only reason why I’m 185 now is cause i had to lean up, pretty lean now though so looking to put on the size this cycle.

Haha only 5 days to go yogi I’m away with work at minute so cant do it any sooner
So nearly one week in now , starting weight was 185 lb 10 percent body fat.
Dbols are starting to kick in and I’ve had my two front load shots of test so that should kick in soon still got another week of EQ front load so I’m guessing that will take bit longer to kick in.
I have started with a 2 on 1 off routine until the recovery kicks in;
back and bis
chest and tris
day off
legs and abs
shoulders and traps
day off
repeat
be doing 3500 calories and about 250g protein this week and keeping it clean as possible. Plan to up these both as the gear kicks in.
Nearly two weeks in now, noticed slight strength gain, put on 5lb but am guessing that’s mostly water, the test and Dbol have kicked in but don’t think Boldenone is yet. I have finished the frontload pins so more reasonable amounts of oil from now on ![]()
what dose did you decide on for the dbol?
40mg a day in the end front loaded gram of test first week and 500mg second week and from now on, front loaded 1200mg boldenone first two weeks so will go down to 600mg per week now and let the gains begin hopefully.
End of third week tomorrow so I think everything will have kicked in by now, am eating like a horse and recovery means i can train every day now. I’m weighing in at 190lb empty this morning.
I have been putting a pound a day on since then so I think everything has kicked in, I started on the HCG this week too before I get shut down.
Anyone got any pointers or comments on what to expect when coming off the dbols? Will I feel the difference as I’m still on the test and eq am I likely to lose weight straight after coming off dbol?
