With shrunken testicles from test will 100IU of HCG a day restore size over time?
45 years old, low test, jumped on test and it made a massive difference to quality of life. I’ll run 200mg a week for about 12 weeks depending on bloods and then run 500mg a week for another 12 weeks. Only running test, not planning on getting on stage or anything like that.
Figured that testicle atrophy would act like birth control but my libido dropped off. Been taking 100IU of HCG a day for a month now and my libido is back, but my testicles do not seem to have improved. The Doctor at the hormone clinic thinks I should have used HCG the entire time and rolled eyes at my birth control idea 
No, minimum dosage of hCG should be 250 IU, even then this is a weak dosage.
73% of men become infertile on TRT. Lower libido isn’t unheard of on hCG, as hCG can increase other hormones which can create an imbalance or for some men create balance.
I would worry about availability problems with hCG going forward, as for Test, it’s still being compounded and availability is plentiful.
Thanks for the reply. I’m taking 700IU a week at 100IU a day. Someone on here said their libido was better for taking it daily and that was what I was trying to and have fixed.

Are you referring to the increase in E2 from HCG here? For me, HCG definitely increases libido. That being said, the higher E2 from said HCG does cause weaker erections, so it is a little harder to dial in. I imagine if I want to continue with HCG, I’ll need to either lower Test dose or micro dose AI to get E2 into a more erection favourable range. I know what people will say, drop the HCG and just run Test making it so much easier to dial in. Problem is, when I do that libido goes. Still trying to work this all out, certainly can be tricky.
Got my E2 at 23 pg/ml.
Libido is now fine, dick is a bit limp, normally use half a 50mg Viagra. Went at it today without, it’s alright if my wife doesn’t talk about groceries. It’s been worse in the past. Any tips on fixing my dick would be appreciated, Viagra fucks me up a bit especially if I’m tired which is most days.
Anyway, I’m just wondering if my testies will return to size on 700IU a week.
Wish I could help but im also not great in that department im afraid mate! Its the one part that TRT hasnt really helped. Hoping I come across the right protocol for it one day soon!
As it was mentioned, this is highly unlikely. 100iu or even 250iu is a very small dose and insufficient for cosmetic results. 250iu 3x/week would be a minimal dose to maintain function when someone is using TRT, for example.
Typically, to increase testicular volume we are talking in terms of 1000iu 3x per week (sometimes more).
Kisspeptin also seems to be effective (and likely have less side effects) as HCG for that purpose.

It is a peptide that increases GnRH which is the signal that tells your body to release LH. GnRH is essentially what triggers puberty.
HCG is a substitute for LH, but it can further inhibit LH production. kisspeptin works further downstream (both can be used at the same time).
100IU seems low. also you do not need daily. for me the effective dose seems to be 500-1000IU 3x/week (on top on 210mg weekly T). libido definitely goes up, but so does E2 and BP. re-evaluating HCG currently. done with Kids.
I also use reliablerx pharmacy for cheap HCG. 22usd/10k IU. fuck overpriced pregnyl
