I just want to tell you that weight fluctuations of 2-3 pounds, related to water or, to put it nicely, the contents of your GI tract are normal and nothing to concern yourself with. Do not get fixated on this type of thing.

Also, the pictures of you relaxed and slouching? The skin on your abdomen looking wrinkled up because you’re bent over in a chair? That’s how everyone looks when they’re relaxed. You could take the leanest guy on here, and his skin is going to bunch up when he’s bent at the waist like that. And everybody looks a bit bloated, or can puff the belly out when we’ve just eaten lunch and are relaxed. I would advise that you NEVER take pictures of your slouching, relaxed belly. There’s zero point.

Do not let yourself get focused on this kind of minor, normal stuff.

So ive been drinking the daily reccomended amount of water per bodyweight and i eat lots of fruit and veggies maybe too much… i also try and stay active and lift as well. I eat foods that promote digestion such as kimchhi, fats, etc… however at the end of the day, none of them work. I even tried fiber gummies and they didnt work so i tried 3 times the daily amount and that only made me extremely bloated and fat looking, still nothing. Then i have a pebble drop of poop. Like how… i honestly think that all this makes me look fatter and my abs and vascularity are slowly disappearing making me feel like im gaining body fat when im probably not. Please help:(

Note down everything you eat tomorrow and post it. Don’t be an asshole and eat differently to what you usually eat.

Also, squat deeper.

Some people just don’t shit every day.

That may be you…maybe not.

Here’s a thing to try: Have a huge meal and see if that doesn’t trigger a trip to the bathroom. I’ve had it where if I’ve been dieting a bit harder then I notice I might get bunged up and a big meal will somehow let my guts know to let go.

Walking can help loosen the bowels, if the constipation is mild. Powder magnesium mixed into water is also beneficial.

I think you’re exaggerating your bloating, just the same way you took pics of yourself sitting down and thought “OMG IM SO FAT!”

Just keep eating as you do. Kim Chi always clears my bowels, but maybe you need some yogurt and stuff too (probably not in the same meal). Maybe look into your salt intake too.

Don’t worry about having visible abs and vascularity until you’ve developed a solid base of muscle. Nobody cares how shredded or vascular you are if you’re skinny.

My planned meals for the day is 2 protein shakes, loads of watermelon and cantaloupe and some seasoned veggies. Some steamed egg and whatever my mother makes me for dinner, which today is beef curry rice.
I also eat more melons and cantaloupr as well as a couple hands of frozen blueberries

I think you should schedule an appointment with a therapist to talk about your anxiety. Everybody is treating your questions like you’re asking normal things. You’re not. You’re worried about some really weird shit, my man, and you’re posting these things every day. Your behavior is really unusual, and in my opinion, symptomatic of a larger issue for you.

Do you have any previous diagnoses regarding your mental health? Are you this impatient with everything in your life?

I started out fat so the thought of being heavy again and fat seems horrifying:((

What do you think is going to happen when you go on a bulk? I can’t relate because I’ve never been fat, but when I started my bulk, I was skinny fat as a grown man and got clowned by my grad school classmates who didn’t even lift. But I was getting stronger and I was already stronger than them with my poverty lifts.

Gotta have thicker skin in this lifestyle and keep things objective.

I shit 5-6 times a day, and thought it was unhealthy for years until I asked my doctor about it, and he said if you poop 6 times a day or once every 3 days it’s no problem AS LONG AS YOUR STOOL IS NORMAL. So your pebble shits indicate something wrong.
