Hey everyone Ive decided to start a log to track my progress. Feel free to criticize, give tips, or ask questions if you wish.
Stats:
Weight: 181
Bf%: 8
Squat: 425x8
Deadlift: 425x5
Bench: 245x6
about 4000 calories a day never really counted calories just ate clean and at least 30g of protein per meal
Heres me at 14 before lifting, im 17 now btw

How tall are you by the way, and what kind of training have you been doing up to this point?
Thanks! I’m 5’10". I started on a 3 day split and moved up to 5 day split which seems to work best for me. My rep range is all over the place, usually much heavier weights for legs and chest because my body seems to respond better to it.

Any chance you could let me know what you’re eating to get in 4000 clean calories a day? That’s the where I think I’m struggling.
I used to be the same way. Then switched to pasta for carbs and just stuck at it and I started to gain again.
Meal 1: 2 scoops whey
serving of pasta
scoop of peanut butter
Meal 2+3+5: 6oz chicken breast
bowl of pasta
handfull almonds or nuts
Post workout:
2 scoops whey
70g fast acting carbs usually gatorade and an orange
Before bed:
1.5 cups greek yogurt
glass of skim milk
and a handfull of almonds in yogurt
