A small percentage of the “non essential” federal government was shut down for a few weeks. That’s happened maybe a dozen or more times in the last 30 years. Climate change. The so called scientists have been doctoring their data to support their conclusion that it is really happening and in order to affect governmental policy. ie climategate adjusting recorded temperatures upwards etc… That is not science therefore Cruz is right.
