What techniques do you use to get this tiny bit out? I go by marks on the needle (27g) to determine volume but this leftover bit makes me mad.
Remove the metal and bung is my go to, cut myself on the metal every time though

Take a longer needle that reaches the bottom of the bottle.
I use fixed zero dead space needle and syringe combo, (hence my suggestion), but yea that probably works for everyone elseā¦
Its such a tiny amount to sweat over. I barely insert the needle tip (free jokes here) and then draw the remainder holding it just like you are now.

I figured, but wanted to be humble in case there were any savants who knew more than me.

Flip them back right side up. Get a 1.5in needle, goes right to the bottom. Slurp it all up.
I was just going to swab it with a q-tip and suck it like a popsicle.
