Tea to Improve Insulin?

Hi, I would like to here your thoughts on this experiment I found on the internet.

Here is the link: Green Tea, Black Tea & Oolong Tea Increase Insulin Activity by More than 1500%

To sum it up, the experiment was done for diabetes, to see how tea would effect their insulin and from what I read it quite interesting, so my thought is if this experiment is true to what it says, shouldn’t we all start to use tea for our post-out?

I don’t know if people are already doing this? If they are I would like some feedback on the exp with doing it as well.

You can find lots of things supporting tea, especially green tea and its main component of interest EGCg(epigallocatechin gallate). Check this article by Nate Miyaki:

Besides the many health benefits, it is good for fat loss and it is a GDA (Glucose Disposal Agent).
