what if you manage your own hedge fund , you don’t earn it ?
I do not understand your question? You do know that most hedge funds are out of money in 5 years right? Hedge Funds are not a good investment.
there are many people that let their money make money and there are many people who earn their income by employing their money
Yet how did they get the money in the first place? How many people are you talking about?
they might have stolen it or they might have made it on YOUR PHYSICAL LABOR
You mean by breaking their backs to start their own business early in life or coming up with intellectual property that everyone wants(ie being smarter than most) so that they can one day sit back and say “I will let the rest of you do this work for me because I played my cards right and I can do that”? Why should physical labor be highly rewarded? It is low skill or easily trained therefore does not demand a high wage. Running a major organization is much higher skill with much graver consequences should they not perform (ie the manual laborers no longer have a job) and should be compensated as such. How
is this not easily understood??
some people do brake their back to start a business , most don’t
There is no way you can be serious here, you are just trolling now.
or are you suggesting that every one breaks their back to start a business ???
Jesus, you said MOST PEOPLE DO NOT BREAK THEIR BACKS TO START A BUSINESS.

Judging from personal experience, the overwhelming majority of people who start businesses work their asses the fuck off to just get the fucker off the ground.

Can you tell me an instance where starting a business does not require a shit load of effort?

no I said some .

There are many situations that require little more than knowing the right people or being ideally placed .

Believe it when I see the next time that requires little effort I will be there . I am working towards that and IMO I will get there . I also promise I will not bust my ass

Pitt means most people don’t start a business, period. Instead they work for other people who have busted their ass to start a business.

He doesn’t mean that most people don’t have to bust their ass to start a business.

I only know because we’ve discussed this before.

Lol, I could be wrong though…

Edit:

And nevermind…

Laughable garbage.

God, why anyone entertains a single one of your thoughts in threads like this is beyond me.

You are talking about things you don’t even begin to understand.

@ beans , I am not surprised the statement "that not every one that is successful worked real hard " is beyond you

@ Lamb Chop you and beans should get a room , no one likes to see you stoking him in public

There is a big difference between "that not every one that is successful worked real hard " and “some people do brake their back to start a business, most don’t”

But once again, I would not expect you to see the difference.

The over all defense of raising the taxes on the wealthiest people , is that people that are in the top 20% are wealthy . Well they are the middle . The middle goes way up to at least the top 1% and beyond .

True wealth probably does not effect 1 in a thousand and beyond

The middle is already taxed to death . So in thought separate the middle from the top
