Don’t be a hater just because you’re from Onterrible, but please do us a favor and stay in your province.
I don’t hate just because I’m from Ontario, I hate because I enjoy it. And you do me a favor and keep this topic on the first page. This is some funny shit.
Well as long as you hate for the sake of hatin’, then you’re my kind of people.

I studied Roman history in university and tried applying to be a centurion but they wouldn’t even answer the phone! Maybe I got one of the numerals wrong, the number I got from Marcus Aurelius was V V V IX VI III III.
I remember years ago when I first heard about creatine and went to GNC to buys some. The guy there told me it was a waste of money, that you just piss it out and what I really need was “megaman vitamins”. He had decent size, so I figured he knew a thing or two, but I ended up doubtful and leaving not buying anything. I figured he had a Megaman quota to make and probably was sniffing creatine lines all day in the back room for all I knew. Have never returned to a GNC since.
When I was a noob I bought some stuff the GNC guy recommended me. One was a pre-workout and the other was a post-workout. Stuff tasted nasty and didn’t do jack shit for me. Fuck GNC.

Just had a customer inquire about fat burners and anything else that would be helpful in losing weight. I’d probably group him into the skinny fat category where as if he were to lose weight to look “cut up” he’d simply look like a bag of bones.
Anywho, I took him through the options of what we have, he was quite surprised how pricey most things were so I went over some dietary tips with him as well. He didn’t purchase anything but said he would think it over and look at some online reviews and such. He leaves the store and walks directly to the A&W in the food court and orders lunch…Derp

I did and was reminded of how, even though I studied political science in school, the fuckers would let me be PM. Ass hats. Every one of them.

On the contrary, it was an awesome learning experience! I decided to say screw supps afterwards and put on about 60 lbs since. Good for me.

I would vote for you in the upcoming election.
Next time, won’t be long.

I heard from someone I knew that thought it was news that Diet Coke does not actually do anything to promote your weight loss…other than not add any more calories.
They said it like they had discovered a big secret.
Wandering pack or Arab bros come into store asking what kind of price I could give them if they were to buy enough protein to supplement their entire daily food intake. The first thing that popped into my head was how great of a post this will turn into but then I started to weigh the pros and cons. Keep in mind these are guys that are maybe 120 lbs soaking wet.
Do I tell them that they are mongoloids and that their idea of only having protein shakes (no mention of superfoods or anything else to be added to the shakes) during the run of a day is incredibly stupid and will result in them not getting big as was their goal. Or do I play the role of salesman and push as much as possible on them?
I tried to be nice, I really really tried but when they told me that their friends told them that if they drank 5 shakes (just protein in water) a day instead of eating all the fatty foods their muscles would get huge and ripped. I informed them that their friends were incorrect and that if they were to add up the macro totals of those 5 shakes, they’d be taking in roughly 600 calories, 130 grams of protein, and basically zero carbs/fat in the run of a day. They saw no problem in that…so I gave them a price and the left to ponder it.

FTR a protein shake is at least 50 grams of protein. Why the fuck would you only have one spoon? That’s like only doing 1 set on each exercise.
True, and they taste better with two scoops.

Maybe some, but the majority of the ones we have that aren’t gainers are in the 20 to 30 range…sad story. The price of protein has gone up for the manufacturers I believe so they skimp now.

I think Dre means you make it 50 by putting in two scoops.
