Taking BCAA's and Not Much Protein?

I just got some Biotest BCAA and is it pointless if I’m not consuming very much protein?

No hell its help a ton as your not getting them from food. Id try and get your protein intake up as well if its low

It helps but there’s no excuse for not getting enough protein. That’s pretty much the #1 priority in your nutrition if you’re a bodybuilder.

I am doing it for strength gains and I’m not a body builder I’m a skinny outdoors worker

How do you expect to get strength gains without protein?

Is there any reason why you are avoiding protein?
