Has anyone here tried taking Ambien sublingual?
Ive experemented with it a couple times and heres what I’ve found:
crush the tablets and place it unter your tongue.
After about 5 mins. you start to notice it taking into effect.
And I break my 10mg tablet into 2 5mg, 1 crush 15mg and place under my tongue. Works great! This way my ambien goes longer without needing a refill!

That stuff is expensive. I take it too. Never tried it sublingual. You take 15mg sublingual? I usually get by on 5 to 10 mg.

Regular Ambien (not the CR) is now generic.
Isn’t Ambien meant to keep you asleep all night? If you just need help falling asleep, you should try Lunesta.

Both ambien (regular) and lunesta generally start to wear off between hours six and seven for me.

Ambien CR does, but I think it sucks. Regular ambien just knocks you out. It doesn’t keep me asleep as well as bynedril or unison, but I don’t wake up drowsy.
