I’ve noticed that when I consume Alpha Male on an empty stomach, it usually gets upset. Does anyone know why? Can I take it with food and still get the full effects?
follow the directions on the bottle…i believe it says empty stomach… perhaps you are allergic to one of the ingredients.
try drinking more water?
only take 1 cap at a time…perhaps?

He probably just has a sensitive stomach. Some people can’t handle taking pills (especially certain varieties) on an empty stomach because it irritates the stomach lining.
Taking only one pill might be an option, but I don’t know of anything else to do other than to take it with food. No it won’t be as effective but it might have some benefit.
