Empty Stomach & Alpha Male

Hi everyone, just have a quick question. It says to take Alpha Male on an empty stomach, so how long do I have to wait until I can eat (and after eating)?

30 mins should be more than enough i wouldnt sweat it to much however

No, many supplements are digested more effectively with food.
