Had a nagging spine injury from Power Cleans. Consistently took Magnesium and Fish Oil before bed for a few days and noticed more potent effect of Melatonin overnight, gradually sped up recovery time. Hit Shoulder today no problems.
Will give it a try, Iām on fish oil daily, just I will add Magnesium. Do you recommend certain supplement brand?
Magnesium citrate and Malate are the best. Stay way from oxide, it doesnāt absorb and thus is useless; unless you have a ton in order to make yourself use the bathroom.
