Delicious and the Cauliflower gives the same taste, texture as rice or Potato mash, just blend it with some olive oil and butter.
Delicious![/quote]
MashCauliflower is delicious. Thanks for the inspiration. It was super easy to make. Steam the Cauli, put in blender, add butter, Olive oil and garlic. Picture was our dinner last night. MashCauliflower with seasoned ground chicken patty, seasoned chicken breast and a bit of steamed peas.

WOW! I never expected this thread to get so much views and replies. My original goal or intention when I started this thread was to get some visual idea on what everyone is eating. This goal has been met. Thanks to everyone that posted pictures.
We here at T-Nation knows all about progression so here we go…It’s time to make this thread a little bit more useful to everyone. If you post a picture please include the recipe. Try not posting recipe without a picture. The original premise of the thread is to “Take a snap of your food” If you have the macronutrient breakdown thats great but not necesarry.
Thanks Folks

A classic.
There are also a few in my profile of-
Cream of Maitake-
1 buttload of maitake mushroom,
4 cups of beef broth,
.5 cups heavy cream
4tbsp white flour
1 dash of some kind of wine my sister likes
A cuple of cloves of garlic
Some diced onion
(I’m nt very formal with my recipes)
and White Pizza-
.5 stick of butter
.5 cup of e.v.o.
a couple of cloves of garlic
.5 tsp of cornstarch
16 oz white bread dough,
1 heap of blended white cheeses
Not exactly precision nutrition, but I likes it.
I have a good one for rosemary chicken in white grape sauce too, but no pics.

This was the best one from I think season before last, fall of 06. Probably about 5+ lbs.
I’ve been using them alot lately with venison.

food jealousy is a terrible thing.
Oh, no need for jealousy. If this year goes well I should have some extras.

my mushroom hero!
and I hope you post more pics of what you make with those mushrooms.
Sure thing. It’s odd though. Apparently I’ve been taking pics of food for quite a while and never realized it.
I’m thinking venison and taters with a nice brown gravy.
This comming year I will be trying a few recipes of rainbow or brown trout and chantarelles too. Those ought to be real good.
